Adan G. Vega
Adan G. Vega (Rice B.A., 1976) has dedicated his practice of law to the area of in immigration and nationality law.
With over twenty-nine years of experience in his field, Adan G. Vega has lectured at conferences of the American Immigration lawyers Association (AILA) and The University of Texas on immigration issues. In August 23, 1988 he presented testimony before a United States House of Representative Committee on the Judiciary/Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees and International Law with regards to the Immigration Reforms and Control Act of 1986 and its effects on the United States; he has served as legal counsel for several foreign governments in the United States including the government of Mexico and El Salvador with respect to immigration issues. The Migration and Refugee Services of the United States Catholic Conference presented Mr. Vega with a special service award in recognition of outstanding commitment and dedicated service to the newcomers in our midst.
In 1985, he was awarded a Certificate of Special Competence from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas authorizing the title of Board Certified Specialist. He has been involved with AILA since 1982 and served as Texas Chapter Conference Co-Chairmen in 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2004.
Adan G. Vega has acted as legal counsel to multinational companies, and has been active in offering pro bono services to indigents in Texas. He authored a book titled Guide of United States History and Government in 1989. He was one of the founders and an initial director of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 1984, president of Consejo Hispano from 1987-1988, as well as special immigration legal counsel and board director, vice president, and president of the Camara de Empresarios Latinos of Houston (CELH).
Adan G. Vega received his bachelor of arts from Rice University and his doctor jurisprudence from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas. Adan G. Vega has been recognized as Top Texas Lawyer since 2004 by the Texas Monthly’s Super Lawyer Section.

Louise Le
Louise has worked at the Law Offices of Adan G. Vega & Associates, PLLC as an attorney since 2006. She is licensed to practice law by the State of Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University, cum laude, in 2002 and her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in 2005.
Louise advises clients as to their legal rights in all types of immigration cases. In addition, she conducts legal research, interviews clients, prepares legal briefs, represents clients before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government, and interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Louise is bilingual in English and Vietnamese.

Aaron L. Moyse
Aaron has worked at the Law Offices of Adan G. Vega & Associates, PLLC as an attorney since 2009. He is licensed to practice law by the State of Louisiana. Aaron attended Louisiana State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences, with a minor in Political Science in 2003, and his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the Louisiana State University Law Center in 2007. In addition, while in law school Aaron spent a semester abroad studying law at Jean Moulin Lyon III University in Lyon, France.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Adan G. Vega & Associates, PLLC, Mr. Moyse began working in immigration law at Jeri Flynn & Associates in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as a law clerk in 2006, and continued on as an attorney after graduating from law school. Aaron is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA").

Diego F. Galer
Diego has worked at the Law Offices of Adan G. Vega & Associates, PLLC as a Foreign Legal Consultant since 2008. He received the degree of Lawyer (Abogado, or equivalent to Juris Doctor) from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2001 and his Master’s in International Law and Human Rights with distinction from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2006. Diego is licensed to practice law by the Buenos Aires Bar Association, Argentina.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Adan Vega & Associates, PLLC Diego worked as the Site Coordinator at the Crossroads Youth Opportunity Center in Maryland (2006-2007); Law Professor and Director of the Law Program at CIDE in Mexico (2001-2005), and Associate Attorney for Vazquez Ponce Law Firm in Argentina (2000-2001). Diego is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Carolina Hidalgo
Carolina is currently the Business Manager . She has previously worked as a legal assistant at the Law Offices of Adan G. Vega & Associates, PLLC from 2003 to 2008. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston, Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Carolina is bilingual in Spanish and English.
